How to report a correction
Email editorial@litbuy.tips with the page URL, the sentence or figure in question, and the evidence that supports your correction — an invoice, a screenshot, a carrier record or a dated fee page. Please include the date you captured the material.
What happens next
The editor checks the captured rate card, invoice, carrier record and dates supporting the disputed figure. If we agree, we fix the page, add a dated correction note at the foot of the review, and update the affected rating if the error changed the score. If a rating moves, the testing note at the top of the review records the old figure and the new one.
If we disagree
We will explain our reasoning in writing. Where the disagreement is about interpretation rather than fact — how a fee should be counted, for example — we may publish your point alongside ours rather than changing the number.
Bigger updates
Substantive rewrites that follow a retest, a lane change or a pricing overhaul are labelled with a revision note and date at the top of the page. Typos, broken links and formatting fixes are made silently.
Take-downs
Requests concerning personal information in images or quotations are assessed against the relevant privacy and publication obligations. We do not remove a review, a rating or a finding because the subject asks us to.
