Mulebuy is a cross-border shopping and shipping agent that buys from Taobao, 1688 and Weidian on behalf of overseas shoppers, receives the goods at its own warehouse in Huizhou, provides photo-based quality control, stores items, consolidates parcels and forwards them internationally. The platform data we hold states that Mulebuy has ceased operations after an incident dated 3 August 2026, so the service should be treated as unavailable until a verifiable update appears.
